You’ll be a stone’s throw from campus so that you can easily walk to campus and avoid being late for class. Being close to campus will allow you to better utilize the Rec Center (offers a state of the art athletic center), Student Center, and Joyner Library, all of which are included with your tuition. If you choose to be on the University meal plan, you will be close to all the dining halls.

You’ll also be close to downtown, where you can enjoy the social activity offered there on your own terms. By having your own home, you can return to your private residence afterwards without the noise you’ll find in apartments and dormitories.

Your property is owner/managed by an East Carolina Alumnus who lives in Greenville and takes pride in the quality of the homes provided.
